These Terms apply to everyone who uses PickPH (the "Platform"), operated by PickPH.

1. What PickPH is

PickPH lets independent sellers open free online shops and lets buyers order from them. Each shop is run by its seller. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, the contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller.

2. Accounts

You must give true information, keep your password safe and tell us if your account is used without permission. You must be at least 18 years old, or use PickPH with a parent or guardian.

3. Buying

Prices are set by each seller. You pay the seller directly using the payment details shown on your order. PickPH does not hold buyer payments. Check the seller's instructions before paying, and keep your receipt.

4. Selling

Sellers must follow the Seller Agreement, the Prohibited Items list and all laws that apply to their business, including consumer protection, product safety and tax rules.

5. Products supplied through PickPH

Some products are supplied and shipped by PickPH's partner suppliers on behalf of a seller. Delivery times for these items are estimates and are shown on the product page.

6. Content and reports

Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use. Anyone can report a shop or product. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms or the law.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, PickPH is not responsible for the acts of sellers or buyers. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will ask you to accept the new version.
