PickPH ("PickPH") is the personal information controller for the Platform.

What we collect

Account details: name, email, mobile number, password (stored as a one-way hash).
Order details: delivery address, items, order history, messages with sellers.
Seller details: shop information, payment instructions you choose to show buyers, proofs you upload.
Device details: app version and a push-notification token, if you allow notifications.
Location: only when you choose to use it (for example to fill in an address). You can always type the address instead.

Why we use it

To run your account and process orders (contract).
To keep the Platform safe and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
To meet legal obligations.
To send promotions — only if you opt in. You can opt out any time in Account → Privacy.

Who sees it

The seller you order from sees the details needed to complete your order.
Partner suppliers receive the delivery details needed to ship dropship items.
Service providers who host the Platform, send email and push notifications, under contract.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as required by tax and commercial laws. Other data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, download or delete your data, or object to processing, in Account → Privacy or by email. You may complain to the National Privacy Commission.
