Manage orders

New orders appear in Orders and you get a notification.

• New: check the items and wait for the buyer's payment (or confirm cash on delivery).
• Confirm payment received when the money is in your account.
• Mark as packed, then Mark as shipped and add the courier and tracking number if you have one.
• Mark as delivered when the buyer receives it.
• You can Cancel with a reason. The buyer is told immediately.

Orders with PickPH catalog items have a separate part shipped by PickPH. See Pay PickPH for catalog items.
